Samuel Foti also managed the creation and development of the Group’s Enterprise Strategies group, enabling the company to distribute through wholesalers. This enabled in transitioning MONY’s distribution network, which helped gain a time advantage over other players in the market.

  Automated Dispensing Systems 

  Quantity is inversely proportional to price. This economics principle is followed by PickMaster. It is an automated material handling equipment introduced by Cornerstone automation systems (CASI) for the dispensing system.

  Automated dispensing system is also a material handling system that dispenses huge quantities of items, with extreme accuracy, in very less time. 

  PickMaster is an A-Frame dispenser especially designed for picking large quantities of variable sizes, thus, resulting in low costs. Along with voice picking and pick to light offering, SolidPick (material handling software) is also having a high volume picking method to manage PickMaster. It can be set in a variety of arrangements to pick items moving at any speed. It has a capability of picking 80 items per minute and 3600 orders per hour with high accuracy.

  It can put items directly in the cartons, but sometimes when further labeling or sorting  is required it just puts them on the conveyor for further processing.

   

  Thus, whenever a concern needs fast and correct, high volume material handling, they should go for PickMaster. It will ensure speed and accuracy by reducing manual labor.   Develop Team Communication Skills for Success 

  Team communication is crucial to any team’s ability to accomplish goals and objectives within an organization. A team cannot be productive without a smooth, efficient flow of information among all team members. Team leaders can help team members develop strong team work communication skills. The following are some of the key points team leaders can focus on when addressing communication skills among team members:

   

  ·    All team objectives and goals must be very clearly defined and understood by all members of the team, so there is no misunderstanding about what is expected of team members.

  ·    Team members must clearly communicate problems and issues with each other as well as the team leader so solutions can be arrived at quickly.  

  ·    Team members must feel confident that everyone is communicating openly and honestly, so everyone feels comfortable freely sharing ideas and opinions.

  ·    Team members should have planned meetings frequently where they discuss assigned tasks, assess progress, and make necessary decisions by consensus.

   

  Facilitating productive teamwork and collaboration by developing good communication among team members is not always an easy task for a team leader. Yet the results will make the time and effort it takes well worthwhile for team members as well as the organization.
